The Scent Gallery Experience Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Because each Body Butter Making Experience includes pre-purchased materials, venue reservations, and event preparation based on guest count, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

However, we understand life happens.

Transfer Policy

• Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you can no longer attend.

• Transfer requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event.

• Please email/message us with the original purchaser’s name and the new guest’s information.

Rescheduling / Event Credit

• If you are unable to attend, you may request an event credit to use toward a future Scent Gallery experience if notice is given at least 48 hours before the event.

• Event credits must be used within 90 days.

Late Cancellations / No Shows

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

If The Scent Gallery Cancels

• If the event is canceled by The Scent Gallery due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive the option of:

  • a full refund, OR

  • transfer to a future experience date.

Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time. Experiences begin promptly.

• Guests arriving more than 15–20 minutes late may not be able to participate fully, and refunds will not be issued.
