Step into The Scent Gallery Body Butter Making Experience for a hands-on self-care experience designed to be fun, creative, and memorable. You’ll be guided through the process of creating your own whipped body butter while exploring fragrance, texture, and customization along the way.

This experience is about more than making a product. Come ready to relax, mingle, laugh, and enjoy the atmosphere. We’ll have lite refreshments, mimosas and wine, music, games, prizes, and all the vibes while you create something you can take home and enjoy.

Whether you come with your besties or come solo, this is your chance to try something different, tap into your creativity, and enjoy a little intentional self-care.

Please note: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. When you’re ready to reserve your seat, you’ll be redirected to a secure separate checkout page to complete your ticket purchase.

  • The Scent Gallery Experience Refund Policy

    Refund Policy

    Because each Body Butter Making Experience includes pre-purchased materials, venue reservations, and event preparation based on guest count, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

    However, we understand life happens.

    Transfer Policy

    • Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you can no longer attend.

    • Transfer requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event.

    • Please email/message us with the original purchaser’s name and the new guest’s information.

    Rescheduling / Event Credit

    • If you are unable to attend, you may request an event credit to use toward a future Scent Gallery experience if notice is given at least 48 hours before the event.

    • Event credits must be used within 90 days.

    Late Cancellations / No Shows

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

    If The Scent Gallery Cancels

    • If the event is canceled by The Scent Gallery due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive the option of:

      • a full refund, OR

      • transfer to a future experience date.

    Arrival Policy

    • Please arrive on time. Experiences begin promptly.

    • Guests arriving more than 15–20 minutes late may not be able to participate fully, and refunds will not be issued.
